［概要と目標］
行政や企業から提示されるさまざまな政策や施策が、実際にどのような効果をもたらすのかを推定し、評価するための視座を獲得するとともに、現行の政策・施策を具体的事例に即して検証することにより、より良い評価実践のあり方を考察する。その際、歴史分析、行財政システム分析、政治経済分析など、多様なアプローチ方法の経験を重視する。 ［Advanced Policy Evaluation］ Students will acquire a perspective for estimating and evaluating the effects of various policies and measures proposed by the government and companies, and examine how to improve evaluation practices by examining current policies and measures in concrete cases. We will emphasize experience with a variety of approaches, including historical analysis, administrative and fiscal system analysis, and political economy analysis.

［講義項目］
具体的事例を素材にした評価実践の経過について報告し、参加者間で質疑応答・討論を行なう。（門野担当分） 地域資源の保全・活用を目的とした文化遺産保護政策及び観光政策等を対象とする。特にそれらが地域アイデンティティの創出や持続可能な社会形成等に果たす役割に着目して、国内外における歴史的展開と現代的位置づけという観点から、具体的な事例を交えて検討する。（菊地担当分） The progress of evaluation practice using specific cases will be reported, followed by a question and answer session and discussion among the participants. (Kadono) This session will focus on the policy of cultural heritage management and tourism policies that aim to preserve and utilize local cultural resources. The role they play in the creation of local identity and the formation of a sustainable society will be discussed with specific case studies. (Kikuchi)
