［概要と目標］
[Advanced Environmental Governance] In this course, we will examine the fundamental issues of environmental governance and the theoretical framework of deliberative democracy. We will then consider the potential and limitations of deliberative democracy in addressing environmental challenges. The course will commence with an examination of current research trends, followed by a critical evaluation of domestic and international case studies. The class will consist of presentations and discussions by the participants. この授業では、環境ガバナンスと熟議民主主義理論の主な論点について検討し、環境問題を解決するための熟議民主主義の可能性と限界について考察する。授業の前半では規範的理論研究の動向について検討し、後半では国内外の事例に対して批判的に評価する。授業は参加者の発表と討論で行われる。

- Acquire basic knowledge of environmental governance and deliberative democracy. - Cultivate the ability to critically evaluate domestic and international cases. - 環境ガバナンスと熟議民主主義の基礎知識を身につける。 - 国内外の事例を批判的に評価する能力を養う。
