| ［概要と目標］ | ||||||||||||||||||
| 本講義では、持続可能な社会資本整備に向けて、社会資本ストックを構成する公共施設の点検・診断・対策・記録のサイクルから成る維持管理システムの構築に関する基本的な考え方を解説する。また、ライフサイクルコストの推計、その最小化手法、財政的措置などアセットマネジメントの基本的な考え方についても学習する。講義は解説だけでなく、仮想の自治体に対して社会基盤施設のストックマネジメントのシミュレーションを行い、効果の分析や課題の抽出にも取り組む。集中講義形式で実施される。 We will study the concept of maintenance system for structures consisting social infrastructure stocks to develop sustainable social infrastructure. This course provides system and method of asset management including predicting life-cycle costs, its minimization, and financial measures. We will perform stock management simulation of social infrastructures for a virtual local government. |
