<授業の目的>
The primary aim of this course is to have students discuss and critically analyze various topics, and then give presentations on these topics. They will learn basic presentation skills and have the chance to improve their confidence in using English, as well as expressing their thoughts and ideas in front of others.

<授業の方法>
The course will consist of five topics, each covered over three class sessions. In the first session, students will engage in structured speaking practice on the topic. The second session will focus on independent discussions, while the third session will require students to deliver a presentation on the topic.
All course materials will be provided weekly via Moodle. Students are expected to actively engage in listening and speaking activities during each class. Effective use of class time is essential, and students should participate positively and collaboratively in pair and group work. Additionally, they are required to prepare for and review each lesson thoroughly, as well as be ready for quizzes and presentations related to each topic.
As this is a communication-focused course, there will be no written midterm or final examinations.

Please be advised of the following:
-This course will be conducted in English, and students are expected to use English in both classroom interactions and online communication.
-Students should come prepared with a laptop or tablet for each class session.
-All assignments and essays must be submitted through Moodle for grading and feedback.
-For consultation or feedback outside of class time, the instructor is available in office Y-304 on Tuesdays during the third period.
