＜授業の目的＞
比較的容易な語彙を用いた文章の概要や要点を正確に理解する読解力、日常的な話題について平易な英語で書き表せる作文力を育成する。また、自然な速さの平易な内容の英語を聞いて、重要な情報を理解する聴解力、日常的な話題について平易な英語で説明ができる発話力を養成する。

＜授業の方法＞
These classes will focus on listening and reading for the first half, and then move onto the productive skills of speaking and writing. You will listen to English conversations and read about everyday situations. This will be followed by practice in holding basic conversations and writing about the topics covered. Classes will be conducted in a hybrid style with some in the classroom and some assignments on Moodle.
