＜授業の目的＞
比較的容易な語彙を用いた文章の概要や要点を正確に理解する読解力、日常的な話題について平易な英語で書き表せる作文力を育成する。また、自然な速さの平易な内容の英語を聞いて、重要な情報を理解する聴解力、日常的な話題について平易な英語で説明ができる発話力を養成する。

＜授業の方法＞
These classes will focus on listening and reading for the first half, and then move onto the productive skills of speaking and writing. You will listen to English conversations and read about everyday situations. This will be followed by practice in holding basic conversations and writing about the topics covered. Until such time as we return to the classroom, classes will be conducted online using a mixture of Moodle and Zoom or MSTeams. Assignments and coursework will be on Moodle, and Discussion topics will mainly be on Zoom/MSTeams. When it is deemed safe to return to the classroom, social distancing and appropriate ventilation of the classroom will be observed.

No 評価項目 割合 評価の観点 1 試験：期末期  50  % 授業で取り組んだ内容に基づいて理解度を評価する。  2 小テスト／レポート  50  % 授業で行う小テストおよび課題・発表等の取り組みを評価する。
