＜対象学生＞

＜授業の目的および概要＞
This class is for engineering students. Students will improve their spoken commuication skills, with a focus on fluency, motivation and vocabulary. Difficult grammar and pronunciation will also be introduced. Some of the topics we will cover will be family, work, past experiences, sports, traveling, the future, health and Japanese culture.
＜授業の方法＞
Each class will begin with a warm-up conversation on a simple topic. Then the topic of the day's lesson will be introduced through a discussion or a survey. New vocabulary will be taught before the students begin to practice the target conversation in pairs. There will be a period of error correction, grammar foucs, and pronunciation, and the class will end with a communicative activity, such as a role play or a game.
