PLEASE NOTE: Due to the need for interaction in a language-learning class, this is now an online (on demand) course using Moodle as well as meeting face-to-face in a classroom. This means that we will have one week of MOODLE and then the following week in the classroom. Your grade will be determined by ALL of the questions, forums, assignments and quizzes done throughout the course as shown on MOODLE as well as the in-class activities, including participation. Students will read various short stories, both fiction and non-fiction, provided by the professor and subsequently learn about academic writing: writing your opinion in a logically supported manner. Students will be asked to discuss the stories and a further writing assignment will be included--focusing on various writing skills.
<受講に際して・学生へのメッセージ>
