This course is designed to improve students abilities to make speeches and presentations in English. | |||||||||||||||

At the end of the course students will be able to begin speeches with impact to get the audience's attention, interact with the audience, provide meaningful, informative, interesting and enthusiastic presentations. | |||||||||||||||
<授業の方法> | |||||||||||||||
This class is based on the form and style of TEDTALKS, the current model of presentation and speech-giving in the Western world. Students will: prepare and make presentations and speeches. PLEASE NOTE: THIS SPEECH CLASS FOCUSES ON THE DELIVERY AND THE CONTENT OF SPEECHES AND THEREFORE WILL NOT INVOLVE COMPUTER-BASED VISUALS. IN OTHER WORDS, STUDENT WILL NOT SPEND TIME PREPARING POWERPOINT IMAGES. THIS IS NOT A COMPUTER GRAPHICS CLASS. |
