＜授業の目的＞
In this course, students will increase proficiency in (1) academic listening, (2) note-taking, and (3) speaking through a broad range of topics. In addition, students will independently learn approximately 3,000 words from the (4) New General Service List.

• To understand academic English by listening to recordings of short and long lectures • To learn effective notetaking techniques • To discuss and answer questions related to the lecture accurately and fluently • To expand vocabulary through independent study • To increase confidence when communicating in English
＜授業の方法＞
Activities will include listening to academic lectures in class, taking structured notes, asking and answering questions, and poster presentations. In addition, there will be tests based on the New General Service List.
