This course introduces students to communication in interpersonal, small group, and public speaking settings. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

The primary goal of this course is to help students become an effective and fluent communicator. Students will learn the basics of effective communication and have ample opportunity to practice and improve their communication skills through role-plays, discussions, and presentations. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

Because this course introduces students to communication, we will spend a majority of the time engaged in communication activities. All of the topics we will explore revolve around common knowledge and situations in Japan. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
