<授業の目的>
|
The primary aim of this course is to allow students to further develop their presentation skills, which they begun in 1st year. They will be conducting academic presentations on a variety of topics, and in the process developing the skills necessary for successful and effective presentation, which they will be able to utilise later in their career.

[Cross-cultural understanding and English literacy]<BR>The goal is for students to improve their basic presentation skills; voice, gesture, language usage and eye contact. Additionally, they will learn about making an effective argument, using sources and critical analysis of a topic.
|
<授業の方法>
|
In class a textbook will be used to introduce various medically-related topics for discussion and presentation. The students will then develop and deliver their presentations in front of their classmates.
