<授業の目的>
1. To develop students′understanding and knowledge of observations and findings with reference to the relationship between language, communication and culture from a variety of multidisciplinary perspectives. <BR>2. To help students to become more sensitive to their language use and intercultural communication differences and to provide them with the knowledge and skills to interact successfully with people from cultures other than their own.

1知識と視野Students will understand the role of language in effective intercultural communication from a variety of multidisciplinary perspectives.
2 能力と技能Students will practise a range of professional skills including negotiation, oral and written presentation, team building, project management and critical thinking.
3 人間性と倫理性Students will instinctively understand what other people think and how they feel in concrete situations and also respect and value individual differences in age, sexuality, disability, gender, spirituality, race and culture.
<授業の方法>
This course will be delivered by means of interactive lectures with student presentations and student-led discussions. The weekly interactive lectures will introduce the key topics for discussion and provide the context for theoretical models and key terms of study. These sessions will establish the broad principles, concepts and definitions as the basis for further discussions and presentations.
