<対象学生>
Students who have completed English IIIA and English IIIB.
<授業の目的および概要>
Students knowledge of the English language will be expanded upon with emphasis given to spoken English. Improving spoken ability can only be achieved through actually using the language so it is hoped that a relaxed classroom atmosphere can be created whereby students are not only encouraged to speak, but will eagerly participate. Materials to be utilisede will be ascertained after assessing the class dynamic.

1能力と技能The aim is that by the end of the coures the students will feel less inhibited about using spoken English and more willing to initiate dialouge in the form of enquiry and conversation. This will hopefully be achieved through a relaxed classroom atmosphere, interesting topics and plenty of activities focussing on oral skills.
<授業の方法>
Improving a students` level of spoken English is dependant on getting the actual students to use the language and therefore, ther object of this course is to do just that by creating the right atmosphere and providing stimulating and interesting materials and activities.

The actuall aim is to create a laid-back classroom atmosphere whereby the students will feel less self-concious and more willing to actively participate in a wide array of spoken language activities.
